Gluing The EM Template to the Board, WAĜITP
I have just had very good luck with A glue product called Aleenes's™ Original TACKY GLUE. It is inexpensive, and is found in nearly every craft store, including those that begin with a W. It cleans up with water which makes it very useful for our purpose.

I put a light squiggle line down the middle of the board and smeared it around with a finger wetted under the kitchen faucet, achieving a fairly uniform coating. Brushing with a damp foam paint brush would have been a better technique.

The slow drying of the water based glue allows plenty of wiggle time to get the template perfectly centered on the board. When the alignment was correct, I placed the board on the bench and rolled the label down snug with a round glue stick tube. The tube is about 3/4" in diameter. After the glue dried (about 2hrs at room temp) I cut the excess paper overhang from the edge of the board with a small utility knife and a sawing motion. The template was then ready for preparing the grounding points and gluing the pads.

Of special interest to me was how well the grounding points would solder through the glue. No need to worry. Cutting out and removing the paper over the grounds was no problem, and the solder wetted to the copper as though no glue was present - easy, perfect, soldering of the ground connections.
