Welcome to the "Worked 25 Four State QRP Award" page

The Worked 4SQRP 25 Award is pretty simple.
Have a two way communication with at least 25 members listed in the "Operators List" using any mode (CW, Phone, PSK31, RTTY) using 5 watts or less output power on any amateur band you are licensed to operate on.

When you have worked the minimum number, submit an extract of your log showing the 4SQRP member call sign, date, time (in UTC), frequency or band, and mode.
Finish this "log application" with your name and call ( as you want it printed on your certificate), and a statement, "I have completed the required contacts and I have abided by the rules in submitting this request for the 4SQRP 'Worked 25 Award' ".   Include the date of your submission and your e-mail address.

E-mail your submission to: wb4omm@arrl.net - with a subject line of "W25 AWARD REQUEST <call sign>".

Any version of MS Word, Excel, Notepad or Adobe Acrobat. If we can't open it and verify the log, you will get a request for another submission.

In a few days you should receive an Adobe Acrobat document if all is correct in your application. (Please be patient, as it may be a few days before you get a response  !!)

Questions ???
Send Steve WB4OMM an e-mail if you need clarification or have questions.
